One main disadvantage of most pick 3 programs, besides the very small amount of numbers that are able to analyze,
is that you have to be right on all the filters you have selected to pass.
This is not the case with the pick3sifter web application (yes it will run in your favorite browser, no install).
This program allows you to select how many values you expect to pass from the selected filter.
For example, if you select
7 numbers in the first position (first digit),
7 numbers in the second position (second digit) and
5 numbers in the third position (third digit).
You are allowed to 1 or even 2 mistakes in your prediction, and you still get to hit the winning number.

7*7*5 = 245 numbers.

If all the numbers you have selected are drawn in the next draw then you have a winner.
But what happens if you lose one number?

You don’t have to worry, now you are allowed to lose a number in any position.

Yes, you have to play more numbers, but this is just one filter out of a hundred plus filters that you can utilize.

And in case this is not enough you can even select:

Or any other combination.

This filtered numbers are then send to the local sifter for further filtering.
Each set of filters has a local sifter, there are currently 10 local sifters.

Depending of how much confidence you have, in the filters that you have used, you can still be on the safe side by selecting
a range of filters to pass and not all.

In each of the 10 local sifters, you get to decide how many filters you believe will hold the winning numbers(pass), and you
send the numbers to the final sifter.
In the final sifter you can still select how many of the filters you want to pass.
You can even select zero filters to pass, or any value between.

Let’s move on to some other unique features.

The numbers inside the parenthesis next to each number, represent the true statistical delay of the number,
based on the combinations that return this number out of the thousand numbers.
It is recalculated every time we have a new draw.
Above you see the analysis of the width of the draw, meaning that we subtract the smallest number from the bigger.
This is the California Daily 3 lottery draw width analysis performed on 16405 past draws.
The numbers you see underlined in red, 1 with a current delay of 36(1.94), and 5 with a current delay of 12(1.80), might look that are far apart, in terms of delay, width of 1 delays 3 times as much as 5, but the actual delay, based on the combinations that these widths are produced from, is much smaller, it is the number inside the parenthesis.
Width of  1 has 54 combinations out of the thousand, while 5 has 150.
The power of this approach is more visible and helpful when the numbers of the filter do not have an equal amount of combinations.

We use the digits of the last pick 3 draw and calculate the repeats and delays
only for the draws that came after a draw with the particular digit.
